Job Descriptions: 

  • Delegates the work duties to individual staff members

  • Approves time records and requests for time off

  • Identifies and evaluates the employee training requirements

  • Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff

  • Monitors audit checklists and religiously adhering all the parameters

  • Monitors Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

  • Prepares the reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

  • Provides feedback on seasonal products when required

  • Maintains overall image and synergy across the store

  • Timely inventory management

  • Ensures the goods are received and dispatched correctly and record the same in hard/soft copy

  • Conducts the market survey

  • Conducting and maintaining loss prevention store level audits

  • Monitors the store's budget and performance

  • Maintains and follows retail standard operating procedure

Job Specifications:

  • Market Knowledge, Staffing
